- يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
- يشترط أن يكون الجهاز بحالته الأصلية مع كامل الملحقات والتغليف وفاتورة الشراء.
- الأجهزة المفتوحة أو المفعّلة تخضع للفحص الفني قبل قبول الاستبدال.
- عيوب المصنع مشمولة بالاستبدال حسب ضمان الوكيل.
- العروض والمنتجات المخفّضة قد تخضع لشروط خاصة.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receipt.
- The device must be in its original condition with all accessories, packaging and the purchase invoice.
- Opened or activated devices are subject to technical inspection before an exchange is approved.
- Manufacturing defects are covered per the distributor warranty.
